This system comes complete with an easy to follow self-setup guide and in 5 minutes or less, your LifeStation will be connected and ready to use. The system is equipped with a two-way voice capability that allows you to communicate with our Care Specialists from virtually anywhere in your home. Super-sensitive and highly reliable, voice to voice communication gives you the greatest coverage area possible in the event of an emergency.

The LifeStation has a range of up to 500 feet, which should provide coverage throughout most homes. The help pendant is also waterproof so you can wear it while performing all of your normal chores, even around water.

The LifeStation system automatically checks in to the LifeStation monitoring center each week, assuring that your system is connected and ready to work when necessary. In the event of a power loss, LifeStation will continue to operate since its built-in battery provides up to 32 hours of standby power.

The LifeStation medical alert equipmentincludes enhanced speaker and voice capabilities that help you communicate with a Care Specialist even if you have fallen down.

If you are unable to speak, the monitoring center will immediately follow your personalized emergency action plan, contacting emergency services, friends and family in the order you requested.

In the event that LifeStation needs to call emergency services or friends and family, one Care Specialist will always remain on the line with you while another notifies EMS.

With LifeStation’s complimentary AlertMessage service, caregivers will receive automatic email notifications whenever a loved one has an emergency, tests their system or has any issues with their system.
