Rocket Lawyer employs a dedicated team to screen and onboard it’s On Call attorneys, monitor user feedback, and follow up on negative reviews.

 

On Call attorneys:

• Graduated from an accredited law school

• Are licensed and in good standing in their state

• Have at least five (5) years of cumulative experience practicing law

• Have no disciplinary history

• Carry malpractice insurance

• Provide a broad set of practice area expertise

• Have a transparent and predictable billing model

• Are accessible via phone or email for ease of communication

• Complete a Rocket Lawyer training orientation so they are familiar with Rocket Lawyer members’ experiences and issues

• Share a commitment to excellent client service including an open line of communications and being responsive to client requests
